Dr Dragana Dabić

Research Fellow

Dragana Dabić joined the Institute of International Politics and Economics in March 2016. Main areas of her scientific interest include topics within the field of European studies (theories of European integration, political system and institutions of the European Union, supranational economic governance), as well as theories of international relations.

She graduated and earned her MSc Degree at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. In 2022 she obtained her PhD in International and European Studies from the same Faculty. Her dissertation is entitled “Legitimacy of Eurozone Economic Governance“. Previously, parts of her master’s thesis in the form of an article under the title “The Ability to Manage Institutional Crisis of the European Union“, were published by the EU Information Centre in Belgrade as a part of the Collection of the best master’s theses on the European Union.

She is the author of a number of scientific articles and book reviews. She was the secretary of the editorial board of the journal International Politics.

Fluent in English, proficient in Spanish. Currently, improving her German skills and studying Chinese language.
