Research Associate
Stefan Bošković has been employed at the Institute of International Politics and Economics since July 2022. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Belgrade, working on a doctoral dissertation titled “The Role of Leaders in the Formulation and Implementation of the Foreign Policy of Small States: A Case Study of the Republic of Albania from 2013 to 2023.” His research interests encompass international relations, foreign policy analysis, and the foreign policy behavior of small states, including their interactions with one another and with major powers.
Stefan was a three-time recipient of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation scholarship in Serbia and Montenegro, and he previously worked as a project assistant at the Center for Foreign Policy. He currently serves as the President of the Youth of the Pan-European Union of Serbia.
In addition to his academic and research work, Stefan has participated in and coordinated numerous international conferences, projects, and exchange programs including Regional Youth Leadership Mobility Program 2023, International Youth Exchange – Berlin Process 2024, NATO Seeing is Believing 2024–2025, and Petrovac Discourses.
He also serves as the Secretary of the Institute’s journal, “International Politics”.
