Ambassador Maria Zakharova, director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, gave an online lecture organized by the Institute of International Politics and Economics.
The topic of her presentation was “Contemporary international relations: a view from Russia”, but during answering to questions she spent a lot of time referring to current issues of Balkan regional security.
