Dr. Ivona Ladjevac, deputy director of the Institute, participated in Brussels in a round table dedicated to changes in the higher education system, with special emphasis on the place of research in this system.
The organizers of the round table were the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from Guangzhou and the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
About thirty representatives of the academic community participated in the meeting, including professors from universities in Ghent, Leuven, Antwerp, Athens, representatives of the Association of European Universities, and representatives of the European Parliament.
