IIPE’s research associates Isidora Pop-Lazić and Vuk Lazić and research assistants Pavle Nedić and Stefan Bošković attended the seventh conference “Petrovac Discourses” held from 25. to 27. October 2023. in Petrovac, Montenegro. Conference was organized by Hanns Seidel Foundation in partnership with the Humanistic Studies, University of Donja Gorica and Center for Foreign Policy.
Seventh “Petrovac Discourses” had the topic “Western Balkans and Montenegro between europeanization and Russian influence” and gathered numerous political scientists, journalists, politicians, members of the academia and civil society organizations from Serbia, Montenegro, and Albania. The conference encompassed four thematic panels that were preceded on the first day by the talk with the ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Montenegro H. E. Peter Felten.
