Dr. Ekaterina Entina, professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics from Moscow, held a lecture “American strategy towards BRICS“. Dr. Entina emphasized the fluid character of BRICS and the diverse nature of Washington’s strategy towards this grouping. In this sense, Dr. Entina pointed to various restrictive measures of the United States of America towards the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China and the intensification of Washington’s communication and cooperation with the other BRICS members.
