Dr. Mitko Arnaudov, Research Associate at the Institute of International Politics and Economics, gave a lecture on “The Open Balkan – Economic Perspectives and Political Implications” as part of the Institute’s seminar.

Dr. Arnaudov presented what so far has been achieved within the Open Balkans initiative in which Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Albania participate, emphasizing the existing and possible political implications in the process of further regional integration under this project. The essence of this initiative is to create the economic sustainability of the region through the establishment of a common single market.
