Dr. Rich Mifsud, the Director of the Institute for National Security and Military Studies at Austin Peay State University from Clarksville, delivered a lecture for the IIPE researchers and guests, titled “Cooperation between the California National Guard and the Ukrainian military”.
Dr. Mifsud’s lecture was yet another among the numerous results of the Austin Peay – Institute of International Politics and Economics cooperation, with next joint activities already arranged.
