The Institute of International Politics and Economics hosted a meeting of its International Advisory Board on May 19th.

The meeting was attended by Acting Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Gordana Mišev, Deputy Director Prof. Dr. Mihajlo Vučić, Prof. Dr. Toni Mileski (Institute for Security, Defense and Peace at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, North Macedonia), Dr. Richard Mifsud (Institute for National Security and Military Studies, Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, USA), Prof. Fyodor Voytolovsky (Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO), Moscow, Russia), and Dr. Stefano Valente (Research Centre for Geopolitical Studies and Territorial Analysis, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy).

Discussion focused on future directions for international cooperation, opportunities for participation in international projects. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening ties with related research institutions abroad, broadening the Institute’s international visibility, and developing joint scientific and research projects.

The board also addressed the importance of researcher networking, knowledge exchange, and the development of initiatives that would strengthen the Institute’s role at the international level.
