Mr. Nemanja Starović, Minister of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia, visited the Institute of International Politics and Economics. On this occasion, a working meeting was held with the Institute’s management, led by Acting Director Assist. Prof. Gordana Mišev, PhD, and Deputy Director Mihajlo Vučić, PhD.
The meeting highlighted the Institute’s key areas of expertise of relevance to policy-making and policy analysis within the framework of the Republic of Serbia’s EU accession process. In this context, various modalities for strengthening inter-institutional cooperation were discussed and agreed, including the provision of expert support by the Institute in decision-making and implementation processes, as well as joint engagement in development-oriented projects of mutual interest.
Finally, the participants agreed on further steps towards the institutionalisation of scientific and professional cooperation in the period ahead.
