Colonel Dr. Dejan Vuletić, Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Department for Defence Studies and Military Sciences at the Strategic Research Institute of the University of Defence, delivered a lecture on “Security in Cyberspace” as part of this year’s Winter School of International Relations.

In his lecture, Dr. Vuletić introduced students to the evolving security dynamics and key trends in cyberspace, addressing both the technical and political dimensions of cybersecurity. Particular attention was given to cybercrime and cyber warfare, as well as to the role of major actors, including NATO led by the United States, alongside Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. He further highlighted the growing cyber competition, underscoring its global dimension.
