A round table titled “Contemporary International Relations, a View from Tehran and Belgrade” was held today in Belgrade, jointly organized by the Institute of International Politics and Economics from Belgrade and the Institute for Political and International Studies from Tehran. The opening of the event featured addresses by the Director of the Institute of International Politics and Economics, Prof. Dr. Branislav Đorđević, and the Director General of the Institute for Political and International Studies, Dr. Alireza Khodaghlipour, who emphasized the importance of dialogue and academic cooperation in understanding current global developments. Across three thematic panels, participants analyzed relations between Serbia and Iran, economic dynamics, and contemporary international relations from the perspectives of Belgrade and Tehran. The discussions focused on opportunities for strengthening cooperation and gaining deeper insight into regional and global challenges.
