Dr Jelica Gordanić, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of International Politics and Economics, participated in the conference Combating the Feminization of Poverty and Promoting Sustainable Development at the International Level: Progress and Challenges 30 Years After the Beijing Conference (1995). Dr Gordanić delivered a speech on “Monitoring, Advocacy and Action: NGOs in Achieving the Goals of the Beijing Declaration”.
The conference, organized by the Center for Ibero-American Studies of the University Rey Juan Carlos from Madrid, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Equality, was held in Madrid, on 11 and 12 December 2025.
Researches from Spain, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Poland participated in the conference.
