During the visit of the delegation of the Institute of International Politics and Economics to the University of East Sarajevo, a Cooperation Agreement was signed with the Institute of Historical Sciences. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Branislav Đorđević, Director of the Institute of International Politics and Economics, and Prof. Dr. Draga Mastilović, Director of the Institute of Historical Sciences.
The delegation of the Institute also attended the celebration of the patron saint of the Institute of Historical Sciences, St. King Milutin, as well as the Formal Academy marking the Day of the Institute and the opening of the international scientific conference “30 Years of the Dayton Peace Agreement: Lessons of the Past and Challenges of the Present.”
The organizers of this conference, held in Pale on November 14 and 15, included the Institute of Historical Sciences of the University of East Sarajevo, the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of East Sarajevo, the Russian Historical Society, the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Rossotrudnichestvo in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
