Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of International Politics and Economics, Dr. Marina Kostić Šulejić, successfully completed Module 3 of the Regional Strategic Leadership Course, which was held in Podgorica, Montenegro, from 20 to 24 October 2025, organized by the Ministry of Defense of Montenegro. With this fourth generation of participants of this regional initiative completed the Course.
The course included strategic design analysis and development of a Course of Action, risk analysis for developed Courses of Action, comparison of rapid and sustainable Courses of Action and selection of the best one for resolving a given crisis situation.
The Regional Strategic Leadership Course is a joint initiative of the Ministries of Defense of Austria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, which annually takes place in three modules in the member countries.
