Dr. Mladen Lišanin, Research Associate at the Institute, participated in the eighteenth Pan-European Conference of the European International Studies Association (EISA), held at the University of Bologna from August 25 to August 29, 2025.

Dr. Lišanin presented on the topic “Innovative Means of Regional Cooperation under Anarchy: Open Balkan Arrangement as Hedging Strategy” within the panel Small States and Politics of Regional Cooperations, as well as on the topic “From ‘Free World’ to ‘Rules-Based International Order’ and Back Again: Grand Strategic Branding and System Transformations” within the panel Cooperation, Order and Security: Realism and Policy in the 21st Century.
