Institute of International Politics and Economics (IIPE), in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), organized an international roundtable on October 14th dedicated to the application of the EU’s revised enlargement methodology in the Western Balkans. Following the introductory remarks by the IIPE and HSF representatives speeches were giveb by Prof. Maja Kovačević from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Political Sciences, LL.M. Mareike Froehlich, researcher at the University of Saarland’s Europa-Institut in Saarbruecken, Germany, Prof. Milenko Petrović from the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand, Prof. Aneta Cekikj from the Instutute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research in Skopje, North Macedonia, Prof. Goran Bandov from University of Zagreb and Dr Helena Bauerova from the Metropolitan University in Prague. Dr Miloš Petrović from the IIPE commented on their findings.

The roundatble was concluded with the discussion ensued  regarding the perspective and expectations from the revised enlargement policy in the Western Balkans.
