The significant jubilee of the Non-Aligned Movement – 60 years of the founding – Institute of International Politics and Economics is celebrating through many activities. One of them was the Ambassadorial Conference of Member States and Observers of the Non-Aligned Movement countries having their diplomatic missions to the Republic of Serbia which was held today.
The Ambassadorial Conference, organized with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, as a kind of introduction to the Ministerial Conference of the Movement planned for 10-12. October 2021, is the most important conference organized by IIPE in last several years.
The conference’s dignity is evidenced by the fact that it was attended by 29 Ambassadors / Charge d’Affaires of full member countries and / or observers of the Movement accredited to the Republic of Serbia.
Each conference participant received as a gift the edition of Institute, a thematic collection of papers of the international significance dedicated to the great jubilee of the Movement with 28 scientific papers authored by authors from 17 countries. In addition to the printed collection, all participants received a CD containing a film about the First Conference of the Non-Aligned, the aforementioned thematic collection in pdf format, as well as a virtual exhibition of materials owned by IIPE’s Library and Information Center, which is available at our website.
