During the visit to Cairo, a delegation of Institute of International Politics and Economics, with the full support of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the Arab Republic of Egypt, i.e. H.E. Mr. Vukadinović realized significant visits to Egyptian Foreign and Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministries.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a delegation of Institute consisted of Prof. Branislav Djordjević, Director, and Dr. Ivona Ladjevac, Coordinator of international cooperation, accompanied by Ambassador Vukadinović, was hosted by H.E. Mr Amr Ramadan, Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs. The meeting discussed bilateral relations 111 years long, as well as the intense dialogue between the two countries to promote economic co-operation. Particular attention was given to multilateral forms of cooperation which should be an adequate response to hegemonism.

Prof. Dr. Amr Amin Adly, Deputy Minister for Universities Affairs, hosted a delegation of Institute at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The topics of the talks were possible joint projects, which will be precisely agreed upon by the representatives of the line ministries of the two countries at the upcoming meetings.

On the same day, a delegation of Institute visited the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and got acquainted with the functioning of the Embassy, ​​as well as with the life of the Serbian community in Cairo.
