Head of the Centre for Eurasian Studies Dr. Dušan Proroković participated in the scientific conference “Security and stability of the Western Balkans: situation and perspectives” organised by the Fund Gorchakov, the leading Russian institute for public diplomacy, which works under the patronage of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dušan Proroković spoke on the topic “Kosovo issue and regional security”, and on that occasion he pointed out that the only way to ensure the stability of the Balkans in the long term is to return to the provisions of UNSC Resolution 1244.
